Terms and Conditions:

• Commitment: By registering for this event, the Participant agrees to participate in the full duration of the event on both scheduled days.

• Payment: Full payment of the Participation Fee is due within 7 business days of signing this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Non-Refundable: All fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

• Setup and Teardown: Participants agree to arrive for setup no later than 9:30 AM each day and remain until the close of the event.

• Promotion: The Participant consents to the use of their business name and logo in event promotions and materials.

• Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during the event.

• Conduct: Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward all attendees and fellow participants.
